Under the theme of “Economic and Political Development in Asia and Pacific”, the 2014 Asia Pacific Round Table was successfully held at the Federal Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on December 20 to 22, 2014. A total of 25 delegates from 11 countries and district attended the meeting. Countries represented were: Brunei, Cambodia, Guam, Laos, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Myanmar, Palau, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Under the theme of “The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and Asia Pacific Visions”, the 2013 Asia Pacific Round Table was successfully held at the Ambassador Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 29 to December 2, 2013. A total of 47 delegates from 18 countries attended the meeting. The 2011 Asia Pacific Round Table, under the theme of “Cambodia and Regional Development”, was held on October 29 to November 1, 2011
at the Hotel Cambodiana in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The meeting was participated by 39 delegates from 14 countries, representing: Australia, Cambodia, Canada, Guam, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Palau, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. It is in the 57 years’ history of the Asian Pacific League for Freedom and Democracy (APLFD) that this organization first held its meeting in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The 56th Conference of the Asian Pacific League for Freedom and Democracy (APLFD) was held on June 7 to 11, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in Incheon, South Korea. Under the theme of “Stabilization in Asia Pacific Region and World Peace”, the conference was organized by the Korea Freedom Federation. This APLFD annual meeting was held jointly with the 2010 general conference of the World League for Freedom and Democracy (WLFD)

It was the sixth time that the APLFD held its annual Conference in Manila since the League’s founding in 1954, and was the first time for the League Conference in the 21st century.
